Terms of Service — AlphaZai Gaming

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlphaZai Gaming mobile application and any related services (together, "the Service"), operated by Profit X Research ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

AlphaZai Gaming is a gamified exam-preparation and learning app covering General Knowledge, competitive exams (UPSC, State PSC, Banking/SSC, and more), school subjects, professional certifications, and language learning. It teaches concepts through bite-sized lessons, quizzes, mock tests (including All-India-Rank style practice tests), and game-style features (XP, streaks, badges, leaderboards).

2. What the Service is NOT

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any exam-conducting body, government agency, or certification authority referenced in our content (UPSC, SSC, IBPS, College Board, USCIS, or any other exam body) — all such content is descriptive exam-preparation material only.
The Service does not offer any cash-prize or real-money-gaming features. XP, streaks, levels, badges, and leaderboard rank are non-monetary learning-gamification only — you cannot win or withdraw real money through the app.
Completing lessons, quizzes, or mock tests on the Service does not guarantee any exam result, score, rank, or certification outcome. We are not liable for your actual performance in any real exam.

3. Accounts

You create an account with your email address only; login uses a one-time code sent to that email — there is no password and no phone/SMS involved at any point. You are responsible for keeping access to your registered email secure. One account is intended for one individual learner.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some content/features require a paid plan. Current prices are shown in-app before you pay.
Payments are processed via Razorpay, direct UPI, Stripe, or PayPal, depending on the option you choose. We do not store your card, UPI PIN, bank, or PayPal account credentials.
Google Play Billing is being integrated for in-app purchases on Android and is not yet live. Once available, purchases made through Play Billing will also be subject to Google Play's own billing terms in addition to these Terms.
Each purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed period — there is no automatic recurring billing. Access reverts to the free tier when the period ends unless you purchase again. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account with others for commercial redistribution of paid content, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, use unfair means (automation, sharing answer keys, colluding with other users) to manipulate mock-test scores or leaderboard rank, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content ownership

All lesson content, quizzes, mock-test questions, graphics, and the AlphaZai Gaming name/branding are the intellectual property of Profit X Research. You may use them for personal learning only, not for redistribution or commercial use.

7. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or remove features, lessons, exam categories, or pricing at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes affecting active subscriptions.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts found manipulating mock-test or leaderboard results.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profit X Research is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any exam result, score, rank, or certification outcome achieved (or not achieved) after using this app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh.
